We will always aim to delivery your order within the 7 days following receipt and clearance of payment. Should be we unable to do this for whatever reason, i.e. weather conditions etc, we will notify you within 72 hours of your order.
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, we will happily accept the item returned and offer a full refund or exchange the item for another of the same value.
We always offer free pick up from our premises should you wish to collect the item you self. In this case The Soap Loaf Company cannot accept the item returned.
In the rare event that your parcel becomes lost during transit, we are happy to refund or replace your order once 15 has from expected delivery date has lapsed.
Our delivery services used consist of Royal Mail First Class Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24 and Parcelforce 48. All of these services supply a tracking number for your parcel. Upon dispatch, you will be informed via email of the delivery method used and your tracking number details. If purchased via paypal, this information will be sent automatically through paypal at time of dispatch.
The Soap Loaf Company reserves the right to exchange and product for another of the same value and product catagory should exact pictured product become unavailable without notice.
