KIDS!

Our Cosmeti-Craft Workshops are a great way of learning a new skill and having some fun making your own cosmetics. Children from age 5 upwards can have fun learning about colours and smells while older children experience a more detailed tutorial on the uses and effects of cosmetic ingredients.

Cosmeti-Craft Kids Party Packages!          

For younger children, we base our parties on bright colours and magical fragrances for your child to experiment with plus experiencing new and different ingredients. For older kids, your child can explore how to fragrance, colour and decorate their products with more advanced techniques and ingredients while learning where the ingredients comes from and what is does.

The children also decorate a gift bag to take their makes home in which means your party bags are covered too!

A birthday tea option can be supplied with our new eco-friendly individual food boxes at an additional £6 each. Special dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.

With Cosmeti-Craft® you can make Solid or Liquid Soap, Body Butter, Body Scrub Cream, Solid or Liquid Shampoo, Moisturiser or Lip Balm with organic COSMOS certified oils, butters and dried ingredients.

One product make £15, two product makes for £25.

Learn where your ingredients comes from and how to use it. Naturally fragrance and colour your products to create beautifully unique blends.

A 2 hour workshop that is a popular evening gathering including a bottle of Prosecco with strawberries and chocolates.

During the workshop, you will make two cosmetics with the first round making soap to bring everyone together in this really fun and easy group activity. You will then have the choice of making an additional cosmetic product of your choice from bath bombs, body butter, scrub, solid shampoo, moisturiser, lip balm and much more!

Cosmeti-Craft® GO GREEN!

Three product makes, including refreshments - £32 per head - 90 mins-2hrs

Workshop to make all three environmentally friendly products to ditch the plastic packaging, chemical ingredients and aerosol air pollutants and learn the benefits of making solid shampoo, solid perfume and deodorant sticks! Make and take all three products home with our detailed tutorial of what can be used to make these products and what the ingredients does. Tea and coffee included. We also reward our customers for being environmentally aware.

You then undertake an advanced level tutorial of technique to make a colour changing bath bomb to match your captivating second complimentary novelty Gin. An exciting cosmetic making workshop awaits as you learn to make two products of your choice from our extensive product make range. You also wrap and label all your products in our signature recycled plastic free wraps and containers. A complimentary ‘Bath Tub Gin’ for each person, served in a mini bath tub exquisitely finishes the stunning afternoon tea selection of fresh cakes, scones and sweet treats.

Cosmeti-Craft® Italian Soap Crafting Group Experience

Advanced themed soap making, plus Italian Dining - £34 per head - 2 hrs

Mama Mia! Explore the world of Italian soap making by creating your own Italian soap. You will learn about the origins of the stunning essential oils you’ll be using, their properties and how to blend them to create your own beautiful soap. You will then choose how to wrap your soap with a selection of Italian inspired traditional soap wrapping papers.

During your workshop, you will also learn about the gruesome history of domestic soap making in Italy in the late 1930’s, making this workshop a truly authentic, creative and interesting experience to be enjoyed with friends.

The Soap Loaf Company, who run the experience, care passionately about the environment and the impact that we make. With this in mind, all the materials used throughout your workshop are plastic free, fully biodegradable, SLS free, paraben, palm oil free and vegan-friendly.

Your experience takes place in the authentic Italian surroundings of Urban-Ita with Italian speaking staff and Italian chef, who will create traditional Italian tasting platters for your delight with Girella (an Urban-Ita special) or Buono Misto, a selection of arancini, panzarotti, fishcakes, olives and focaccia served with salad and sweet chilli jam.

Urban-Ita is environmentally friendly using plastic free products where possible and utilities that offer the lowest carbon footprint.

This is a truly unique, fun, interesting and premium experience!

If you are ready to start taking cosmetic making seriously to start a business, then this workshop is for you.

Make soap, bath bombs, body butter, scrub, moisturising cream, solid shampoo and lipstick. Full set of 7 cosmetics to learn and make plus refreshments and a light lunch. A detailed and informative workshop where you can explore a wider range of product making or concentrate on particular product areas such as organic products and skincare.

As a business, we have mentored businesses all over the world and have the expertise on hand to offer you all the tools, advice and aftercare to assist you in your new venture. - £295 per head, 5 hours. 

Cosmeti-Craft® Weekend Experience

Makes up to seven different product types, plus lunch- £495 per head - 1 day (including overnight stay). 

The ultimate Cosmeti-Craft® Experience! Your experience at The Psalter Hotel, a stunning, contemporary boutique hotel nestled in the leafy suburbs of Nether Edge, Sheffield will begin at 2pm on day 1. You will be welcomed, checked in and given the keys to your fabulous modern styled room/s. When you are ready you can make your way downstairs for complimentary light refreshments and an introduction to your first Cosmeti-Craft® workshop session. Your initial workshop session gives you an advanced insight into soap making and gives you the opportunity to try your hand at crafting some unique soap products! This will take you to your afternoon tea style meal. You will have full access to the bar to purchase any extra drinks you wish. 

After your food, you will then undertake an advanced bath bomb and AquaFizzer© making workshop to take you through to the evening with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. You will focus on making more eco-friendly products such as solid shampoo and deodorant giving you a full exploration of alternative waste reducing and environmentally friendly products, how to make them and use them to their full benefit.  Your cosmeti-craft workshop finishes at 8pm, leaving you to a relaxing evening in the unique surroundings of The Psalter Hotel or free to explore the local nightlife in the area. 

For the start of day two your morning Cosmeti-Craft workshop session begins at 10:00 am after your continental breakfast. You will then undertake your closing workshop session to explore making a range of skincare products including organic moisturiser, scrubs and body butters. 

You will check out of the room at 12pm, taking a huge haul of natural, freshly handmade cosmetic and toiletry products away with you. You will be given all the materials throughout your workshop session to wrap and label everything you have made for a professional finish.

Each person will have a choice of soap, bath bomb, moisturising cream, scrub, solid shampoo, lip balm or body butter to take home and a novelty soap from the novelty soap Making session. Your party will have exclusive use of premises. Topless waiter service for 90 minutes after 30 minute settle in for hen night package. G&T workshop includes 2 free G&T drinks per person (bath tub gin and Sharish Gin) with a bath bomb making session to match each one. Drinks from the bar are also available to purchase throughout the session. Afternoon tea includes a selection of cakes, and sweet treats plus tea and coffee. £10 deposit required for package bookings. Minimum age 18 years old (16 years old if accompanied by an adult). Packages can be flexible and tailored to meet your exact requirements. Booking times available 7 days a week from 9am-9:00pm.
